The 2014 BUMS Player of the Year is DeMarco Murray who won with the lowest number of points (scoring 19 points) since records began in 2000. Beast-mode starts for a second consecutive season while Jamal Charles and Le’Veon Bell are the backups. Aaron Rodgers starts at QB for the second time and he has also been the backup once. Entertaining and agile rookie receiver Odell Beckham Jnr is the number one pass catcher ahead of Rob Gronkowski (three starts) and Antonio Brown. Adam Vinatieri is the All-BUMS kicker (the third time he has started and ten years after his first start while his backup Sebastian Janikowski has now made the team six times, three as a starter. It’s only fitting that a head coach who can get his team to 11 wins behind four QBs called Palmer, Stanton, Lindley and Thomas gets the recognition he deserves, congratulations to Bruce Arians. The 11 BUMS who voted made 60 different choices for their favourite players (see votes attached). BUMS Medals Table Remember you get a Gold for winning the Papas Fritas Tophy, Silver for runner-up and Bronze for a third place finish, these gongs only go to those playing in the highest league in Fantasy Football. After 20 years of medals Johnnie won his fourth Gold and has been a medalist in 60% of the BUMS history. Craig picked up his second Silver medal this season moving up from 14th on the table to tie Paul Privitera in 12th place while Aaron added a Bronze to the Silver he won last year. In two decades 16 BUMS owners have medalled. However after a run of six years of medal placings Chief’s sixth place finish this season means he has won a medal on 50% of occasions.
